It is widely accepted today that in order for people to be healthy, they need a 'healthy balanced diet'. Yet, despite this widely accepted principle, it is difficult to determine exactly what this is.

As a nutrition advisor, I look forward to helping you understand how to get the most out of what you eat and the importance played by food and water in order to promote both good health, and effective training outcomes.

To reach your ideal body composition you need to fuel your body correctly - knowing what to eat and when, is all part of the battle. I can help you reduce body fat, reach a specific weight, remove confusion about exactly what to eat and increase your energy levels.

From our first meeting, I will be able to analysis a food diary, advise and support you on ways you can change eating habits and patterns. We can discuss meal plan options and I can give you guidance with how to produce healthy, easy meals for you and your family.
