Whatever our age, we love time with our girlfriends.

These sessions are created for you and the girls. With a minimum of 4 people, all you have to do is decide when and where you want to train and i'll be there.

The programme is just 6 weeks, training once a week. You will be given nutrition targets each week & have the attention of personal training for you and your friends to enjoy.

These sessions are a really fun and effective way to exercise in a safe and social environment. Spend 45 minutes giggling, training hard & motivating your friends.

Class takes a circuit style format allowing strength, endurance and cardiovascular exercises to be combined. This ensures a full body workout, addressing all fitness goals in one class.
