Exercise may seem daunting whilst adjusting to life as a new mum. That's why we are now offering the same 'Get the girls together' package to new mums.

Perhaps you've got a close NCT group or friends that have had children at the same time and want to do something together. This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy time with each other whilst getting your activity level back up.

All you need is a minimum of 4 people. You then sign up to a 6 week package, training once a week, at a time & location that suits you and the girls.

The exercises help you get back in tune with your body, will help improve your energy levels and enhance your daily routine through building strength and stamina. They can help you lose weight and regain your pre-baby figure, making you feel confident and in control of your body again.

Having a baby changes your body and it's important to respect your body and give it time to recover. Before taking part in the package, ensure your midwife or GP is happy for you to exercise following your six-eight week postnatal check up. If you had a caesarean delivery, recovery will be longer. Again, please check with midwife or GP.
