Jess Daniel Personal Training was designed with a love and passion for helping people. My aim to help others create healthy lifestyle choices, is highlighted through attention to detail. I create lifelong relationships with clients, ensuring a sustainable health and wellbeing programme. With a fun and friendly approach, I hope to make exercise a part of a clients routine, giving them daily motivation.
Growing up, I was always active at school with a thirst for sports and being part of a team. Throughout University my activity levels dropped due to a lack of encouragement and involvement in a community, and this was reflected on my weight, energy levels and subsequently my overall happiness.
For the last seven years, I have been based on the water, teaching sailing to children and working as part of a fast-paced sailing yacht providing a 7* service to high profile clients. Throughout this active career, I realised the importance of exercise and my own nutrition on not only my physical health but my mental wellbeing.
As a trainer, I want to encourage individuals to participate in exercise and allow them to see that their goals are achievable. I fully understand the demands on us everyday and aim to motivate and educate clients to create time for themselves. Their own health and wellbeing should always be a priority.
